USB Type-C Chargers

Many modern ChromeOS Devices have adopted the USB Power Delivery Standard to allow for charging your device over a USB Type-C connection. Having a universal charging standard allows device owners to easily replace their charger if the manufacturer-supplied charger is lost, stolen or damaged. It also allows users to purchase a low-cost charger if they wish to have multiple device chargers.

If you are unsure if your device supports the USB Power Delivery Standard, you can locate your device in our ChromeOS Device Database, where it will note if the device supports the ability to charge over a USB Type-C connection.
