ChromeOS Network Settings

When you first open the ChromeOS Settings Application, you will initially see the Network Settings portion.

Ethernet

The Ethernet Management will show the status of your network connection when connected to wired Ethernet instead of WiFi.

This option will only be displayed when you are using a device with an Ethernet Port or have a USB to Ethernet Adapter connected.

WiFi Network Management

The ChromeOS WiFi Network Management interface will allow you to see all nearby WiFi networks and allow you to connect to the network.

VPN Management

ChromeOS supports L2TP and OpenVPN connections via the ChromeOS Network Management interface; however, you can install other VPN applications via the Google Play Store if your device has Android Application Support enabled.
