Discontinued Device

The HP Chromebox G1 is currently discontinued and will no longer receive operating system updates from Google or the Manufacturer. This could potentially leave your device vulnerable to newly discovered security threats that may go unpatched if discovered after September 30 of 2019. Your device will still continue to function for several years past the EOL date but may not support newer web standards that were released after September 30 of 2019. The HP Chromebox G1 is a discontinued Chromebox manufacturered by HP to target the general market. The HP Chromebox G1 was released on June 21 of 2014 and will receive operating system security and feature updates until September 30 of 2019.
