Enabling Developer Mode on the EVERCOSS Chromebook CB1

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Back Up Your Data

  2. Enter Recovery Mode

    • Hold down the Esc + Refresh (↻) keys
    • While holding these keys, press the Power button

    • When the recovery screen appears, press Ctrl + D

    • Press Enter to confirm
    • Wait while the system prepares for Developer Mode (this can take 15-20 minutes)

  4. Initial Boot Process

    • You'll see a screen warning that OS verification is OFF
    • Wait 30 seconds for the transition screen to pass, or

Important Notes
