It is also better suited to higher end ChromeOS devices and may not perform well on lower end devices. Models and scenes created with blender may consume a large amount of space on your machine which may limit its use on machines with smaller disks

Installing Blender

You can install Blender on a Intel or AMD based ChromeOS device by running the following on the ChromeOS Linux Terminal

sudo apt update
sudo apt install blender

You can install Blender on a arm based ChromeOS device by running the following on a ChromeOS Linux Terminal

sudo apt update
sudo apt install blender

Once the installation of Blender is complete, you will be able to launch Blender from the ChromeOS Application Launcher by searching for "Blender". It may take a few moments to launch your Linux virtual machine is not already running.
